the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service from the airport i appreciated this service because it saved me taxi fare i also found the hotel to be conveniently located near the arex metro station so travelling was easy the breakfast was quite good with a decent selection of items.
i did notice that the walls seemed a bit thin so i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms that was a minor issue though.

the room was spacious it included two complimentary coffee packs the bed was comfortable i found the facilities to be clean which was important.

the breakfast had a variety of choices including both western and asian dishes i saw fresh fruit and pastries the dining area was clean and well maintained.

the staff were friendly and helpful i asked for directions to the metro and they were quick to assist their english was excellent , made communication easy.

the hotel is steps away from unseo train station it is only a couple of stops from the airport i noticed a lotte mart nearby there is also a convenience store downstairs which is convenient.
